Prior to that she worked for over 15 years at Compassionate Caregivers in multiple roles ranging from a caregiver to director level managem
Kim Yoder brings almost 20 years of experience with her within the Home Care industry. Prior to working for Karing Hearts, she helped in the establishment and daily operation of Caring for Hoosiers. Prior to that she worked for over 15 years at Compassionate Caregivers in multiple roles ranging from a caregiver to director level management. Her experience in every facet of working for and operating a home care business provides her a unique and rare opportunity to change the lives of the employees and clients of Karing Hearts. Kim prides herself in personally investing time with each of the clients and their families. Kim is a mother of four sons and one daughter. In 2020, Kim became a grandmother for the first time and loves the experience that provides her. In her spare time, Kim loves attending Church, hosting family and friend events and especially loves cheering on her son while he plays college football.
